Quick Release Ball Lock Pins

Quick release ball lock pins are primarily application to fasten, locate, and align, adjust or remove accessories on equipment. The steel ball mounted on the pin can be controlled by a button on the handle. The ball retracts when the button is pressed, allowing the quick release ball detent to pass through the workpiece hole. Conversely, when the button is released, the steel ball comes out and locks the workpiece. 1. High Shear Resistance. Boyi’s quick release pin shank is made of round bar material, not tube material. After testing, the strength of the shank processed from the round bar is 20% of that of the tube material.
2. Long Work Life Time. The locking ball of Boyi quick release pin is firm and not easy to fall off, the spring has a long life, and the shank is corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant. The threaded connection between the handle and the shank and the imported glue is applied to the thread to make it very strong.
